Skalata Fund I will make an initial investment of $100,000 into each company accepted into the seed investment program. To be selected for the seed investment program and to qualify for the Fund, each company must satisfy the below criteria:

  1. Capital efficient;

  2. Early-stage;

  3. Innovative;

  4. Some market validation (revenue or customer traction)
